Why is slow motion always WAY cooler than real time?
Why is it that anything filmed in slow motion suddenly becomes that much more entertaining and interesting to watch?
I’m going to go out on a limb here and say it’s because it gives our brains more time to really take in an experience. Life has a tendency to pass us by extremely fast but when you take pause and really soak up your environment don’t you find that it becomes more interesting?
How’s that for taking a simple video and turning it into a life lesson. Ok back to more things breaking slowly!

Request for 1 Million Dollars Granted!! Could be a hoax…
A little while ago I wrote about Craig Rowin asking for one million dollars. His series of videos asking for the money have been entertaining to say the least. But now, apparently he’s getting his wish.
Let me join the masses in saying that I truly believe this is all a hoax.
That being said. Whatever the final outcome, I have been entertained and that’s really all I can ask for (unless of course I want to be one of many that I’m sure will try to repeat this proposal in the days to come).

The Sartorialist Visualized
Intel is putting on a contest/promotion about showing the visual side of your life. The contest aside, I think the story of the Sartorialist is captured beautifully in this short film. I love what he says about not setting out to become a photographer, he just went out and did it.
Words to live by.

Johnny Cash - Crowd Source Fan Tribute - Haunting
I’ve been a fan of Johnny Cash for a while. I find his music conveys a deeper emotion than most of the music produced in the last few decades. He has an uncanny ability to resonate his voice in a way that expresses exactly how he feels, and I for one can’t help but connect with that voice.
This tribute is mesmerizing in it’s unique way of conveying how Johnny Cash’s music made a number of fans feel. Each frame symbolizes what the music meant to them and the resulting collaboration is something that is truly amazing.
